AS AN ATHLETE,
I learned to be prepared. I learned to perform. I learned to persevere. I learned to adapt. I learned to be bold but wise. I learned that dedication and effort does not guarantee success, but it gives you a better opportunity. I learned about team effort. I learned that the line between success and failure is thin.
SO,
how does this relate? Insurance is my field. Your well-being is my goal. So, every day, every time I will work to achieve my goal. I will identify your need. I will work for it. I will be ready.I will represent you. We are a team.
I STILL REMEMBER
my first steps in this industry. It was 2004, Integrand Assurance Company. The learning curve, I am still thankful. It was not easy. But I had a plan, to grow. Then I learned about surety. It was 2006, I was welcomed to Real Legacy Assurance Company. I had mentors, from here and from all over. I am grateful for them. I kept learning, implementing, networking, developing. It took years, I had a solid plan. This was my industry. I was given the opportunity to run a Surety and Construction Department. It was 2015, and it was quite the experience. I had passion. I was eager but focused. We achieved to surpass production goals.
THEN,
I learned more about entrepreneurship. It was 2017, and I knew. I just knew, it was about time. All of my years have led to this. I wanted to keep serving, but directly. It is not an easy option, I must tell. I will always remember this chapter. I am proud and thankful of this time. After all, it was part of the plan.
AND THEN,
we were live. We used our skills and experience. We kept working hard. We kept representing you. Service was our breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We kept evolving. Property and Casual, Life Insurance, Title Insurance, and of course Surety. It is all about your need and the solution.
WE ARE REALLY PROUD
of ALL BONDS & INSURANCE SERVICES. We care about you. After all that drive, all that discipline, all that effort, all that passion, all that experience, all that service, we are here. Come and join us and be part of our plan.

NUMBERS,
they tell the story. They tell my story. They tell everybody story. Not all there is to it, though. And why is that? If you look closely, there are always variables. I learned to analyze the variables through the scope of details. Together, you get the whole picture. Then you add risk. Everybody deals with it. But the thing with risk, its how you manage it. Success, it is not just about talent. Because even the most talented, needs discipline, focus, and drive. That is when consistency shows up. And that is the time, when a story is remembered. The time when a story shines.
EARLY,
I learned that timing is important. But not as important as being able to see what others will not. Every angle, every step, every outcome. I learned that you have to calculate risk. I learned that there is a difference between a possibility and a probability. I learned that every individual success is composed of an underlying team success. I learned to plan ahead. Because improvising is exciting, but it can be reckless. You have to be able to improvise when needed. But that should only happen as a result of a contingent situation.
AND,
how I got here? Lets rewind. I grew in an insurance world. Underwriters, producers, adjusters, name it. And yet, I had other passions. Financial markets being one of them. That is why I have my bachelors in Finance and Human Resources Management at U.P.R. But still, I wanted to keep the insurance world close, so I worked in the surety department at United Surety and Indemnity Company (U.S.I.C.). You learn that surety is a vital mechanism as a conductor of the economy. As important as banking, for example. But what about law? Does the world of law have an impact in our society? Certainly. That is why I have a Juris Doctor at U.P.R. School of Law. Through that journey, you learn to pay attention to details. You learn that even simple scenarios can be complex. You learn to see the world through a different scope. Remember, it is all about variables. Together, they tell the whole story.
DURING
the way, I kept going back to the insurance world. In a way, I never left. I just had other passions. That is why I adjusted home and condominiums property at Claims PR, servicing insurance companies during the Irma and María catastrophe. You learn the difference between expectations and reality. But then again in some cases, in the presence of certain variables, expectations can meet reality.
YOU
might be asking about finance? The market is a complex world. Though the years I have learned a lot. For example, consistency being more important than to be a one-hit-wonder. That the questions should be, what do I want to achieve? And, what is my financial plan to get there? Instead of, what should I invest in? You see, almost everyone expects a ticker symbol, a name of a company, an entry point, an exit point. We live in fast world. I get it. Usually, investments are not seen as work. And that is concerning. Your capital, what you work for, what you look for, what it represents. Could disappear or it can grow. That is when the plan matters.
LET
us study your expectations and we will work for the reality. It is all about variables, your variables. Remember, YOU GROW, WE GROW.
